Hey !! I wanna pet the kitty too ;]

Interesting! I suppose it could only take one scuffle for something really nasty to happen. But then, i would guess that they arent going to actually eat you, as some seem to be saying. It would be more like what a house cat does when you annoy it – getting swatted or nipped. Not really trying to do damage, just sort of saying “Oi, quit it!” So i imagine the chances of actually getting killed arent SO large even if anything did happen! I think it might be worth the risk to get so close to them and, i have to say, those look some of the most relaxed animals i have seen in a while. They really dont seem too fussed at having humans climbering all over them. It’s kind of nice to see!

To those yelling “cruelty”: Oh come on! Look at that great tiger rolling over for the world’s most dangerous belly rub? They all look like great big relaxed pampered housepets! They’d have to be. If these animals were in any way mistreated or unhappy then surely they wouldnt be so relaxed and accepting of human company. Of course, one can argue that animals are better off in their wild state – no doubt they are. They are also going extinct in their wild state!
